DRAMAWORLD
Season 1 & 2
Dramaworld is a fantasy, romantic comedy television series that follows an American young woman named Claire Duncan who gets magically transported into her favorite Korean drama through her smartphone. Claire is introduced to Dramaworld: a world in which all Korean dramas exist, run by a strict set of rules and filled with hilarious tropes. The most important rule of Dramaworld is that the leading man and leading lady of each drama must share true love’s kiss by the end of their story, or Dramaworld will cease to exist. When Claire realizes that Dramaworld summoned her to save her favorite Korean drama, she runs against time to operate behind the scenes as background character to ensure the two leads fall in love before it’s too late.
Dramaworld stars Liv Hewson (Yellowjackets), Sean Dulake (The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call), Justin Chon (Blue Bayou), Brett Gray (On My Block), Ha Ji-won (Secret Garden), Woo Do-hwan (Tempted), Henry Lau (Begin Again) and Daniel Dae Kim (Lost).
Dramaworld features many cameo appearances including Lee Jung-Jae (Squid Game), Han Hyo-joo (Moving), Park Sung-hoon (Squid Game 2), Siwon Choi (She Was Pretty), Yang Dong-gun (Squid Game 2), Ahn So-hee (Train to Busan), and Han Ji-min (Love Scout).
